Terms of Use
Last updated: 29 May 2026 · Version 2.0 · Applies to safefranchise.com
By accessing or using safefranchise.com, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use. If you do not agree, please do not use this website or submit any enquiry form.
1. About SafeClaim
SafeClaim is a trading name of Simple Marketing Agency Limited (Companies House No. 16102043), registered in England and Wales, SIC 73110 (Advertising agencies). Registered office: The Pagoda, 30 Avenue Road, Bournemouth, England, BH2 5SL.
2. Nature of the Service
SafeClaim provides:
- Editorial information about road accident compensation claims in the United Kingdom, for general guidance purposes only.
- A free enquiry form through which you may submit details of a road accident. We review submissions and, where appropriate, introduce you to FCA-authorised claims management companies (CMCs) or regulated solicitors who may be able to assist with your claim.
Nothing on this website constitutes legal advice. Nothing on this website creates a solicitor-client relationship between you and SafeClaim. For advice specific to your circumstances, you must consult a qualified solicitor or FCA-authorised specialist.
3. Referral and Lead Generation Arrangement
By submitting the free assessment form on this website, you acknowledge and agree that:
- Your enquiry details (name, phone, email, accident information) will be passed to one or more FCA-authorised CMCs or regulated solicitors for the purpose of assessing your potential claim.
- SafeClaim may receive a referral fee (cost-per-lead) from the receiving firm when your details are passed to them. This fee is paid by the firm, not by you, and does not affect any compensation you may receive or the quality of service provided to you.
- The receiving firm will contact you directly — typically by phone, email, or SMS — to discuss your case. You are under no obligation to proceed with any firm we introduce you to.
- Any retainer, no win no fee agreement, or other contractual arrangement will be made directly between you and the firm, not with SafeClaim.
- SafeClaim does not guarantee that any firm will accept your case, nor that your claim will be successful.
4. FCA-Authorised Partners
All partner firms to whom we refer enquiries are required to be authorised and regulated by the Financial Conduct Authority (CMC Regulation) or by the Solicitors Regulation Authority. You may verify a firm's authorisation at:
- FCA Register: register.fca.org.uk
- SRA Regulated Firms: sra.org.uk
If you believe a firm that contacted you following a referral from SafeClaim is not FCA-authorised or is behaving inappropriately, please notify us at info@safefranchise.com and report the firm to the FCA.
5. No Win No Fee — Important Information
"No Win No Fee" (also called a Conditional Fee Agreement, CFA) means that if your claim is unsuccessful, you will not be required to pay your solicitor's fees. However:
- A success fee (a percentage of your compensation) may be deducted if your claim succeeds. This will be specified in the CFA you sign with your solicitor.
- You may still be responsible for certain disbursements (e.g. medical report fees) if you withdraw from the claim or if adverse costs are awarded against you. Your solicitor must explain these risks before you proceed.
- SafeClaim does not set, control, or receive any part of the success fee or solicitor's charges.
6. Compensation Figures and Content Accuracy
Any compensation figures, case studies, or examples published on this website are:
- For illustrative purposes only, based on published Judicial College Guidelines and publicly available information.
- Not guarantees of any specific outcome.
- Not specific legal advice.
Individual results vary significantly. Past cases do not predict future results. SafeClaim makes reasonable efforts to keep content accurate and up to date but cannot guarantee the currency of all information, particularly in relation to legislation and compensation tariffs that may change.
SafeClaim is an information and claims guidance service. We are not a law firm. We connect individuals with FCA-authorised claims management companies and regulated solicitors. Compensation amounts vary. A free assessment does not guarantee a successful claim. No Win No Fee arrangements are subject to terms and conditions.
7. Consent and Marketing
By ticking the consent checkbox on our enquiry form, you consent to:
- SafeClaim and its FCA-authorised partner firms contacting you by phone, email, and SMS regarding your road accident claim enquiry.
- Your enquiry data being shared with one or more partner firms for the purpose of assessing your claim.
You may withdraw this consent at any time by emailing info@safefranchise.com with the subject "Withdraw Consent". See our Privacy Policy for full details of how your data is used and your rights.
8. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Simple Marketing Agency Limited shall not be liable for:
- Any loss or damage arising from your reliance on information published on this website.
- The conduct, advice, or services of any partner firm introduced through this website.
- Any failure or delay of a partner firm to contact you or accept your case.
- The outcome of any claim pursued by a partner firm on your behalf.
Nothing in these terms limits our liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, or any other liability that cannot be excluded by English law.
9. Intellectual Property
All editorial content, graphics, and branding on this website are the property of Simple Marketing Agency Limited or its licensors. 10. Governing Law and Jurisdiction
These Terms of Use are governed by the law of England and Wales. Any disputes arising in connection with these terms or your use of this website shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
11. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms of Use from time to time. Material changes will be indicated by an updated "Last updated" date. Continued use of the website following a change constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
